Bethlehem Food Co-Op
What began as a search for a red pepper over a decade ago has turned into one of Bethlehem, PA’s most exciting projects. Now with over 1100 members and growing fast, the Bethlehem Food Co-Op has hit another milestone with the groundbreaking celebration of their future community-owned full service grocery store. Attended by community partners, neighbors, members of the co-op, and local and state officials, the groundbreaking was an exciting moment to remember.
