After hearing about the show for years, I was finally able to make a weekend trip to Geneseo, NY for the “Greatest Show on Turf.” With just the airshow to make it to, the journey around it made for one great road trip.

32 Years in, the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum’s WWII Weekend has kicked off summer once again. Even after going for 20 years myself, there is still a new experience to be had.

Saying you’ve grown up around an airshow can be quite a statement. For myself, and likely countless others, it’s just the way things were. After twenty years of going, I wouldn’t change a thing.
